- 1 oz. Nautical Gin®
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. grenadine
- Sparkling wine
- Ice cubes
Fill shaker with ice and pour in gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and grenadine. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sparkling wine.
