Nautical Gin® Cocktail Recipes

Blind Eye

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1 tsp. wasabi powder
  • Half of lemon
  • 1 tsp. Coco Lopez
  • 1 in. cucumber slice
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sesame seeds
  • Whole cucumber

Muddle cucumber, lemon and wasabi in a shaker. Add Coco Lopez and gin—shake vigorously. Cut 2 inches of cucumber, carefully core out the middle to make a cup. Pour mixture into cored cup. Garnish with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.
