Grape Escape

1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
3 oz. Concord grape juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with Concord grapes or basil leaf.
