Nautical Gin® Cocktail Recipes

Pear Necessities

  • 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 oz. pear liqueur*
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes cardamom bitters
  • Star anise for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with star anise. *can substitute pear simple syrup

*Pear Simple Syrup Recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 pears, cored & cut
Simmer all ingredients over medium heat for 10 minutes. Cool and add to a blender and strain.
