Pirate Eye
- 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
- 2 sweet mini peppers
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- Pinch of ancho chile
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- Pinch of fresh oregano
- 3 dashes Frothee
Cut a pepper ring for garnish, set aside. Muddle remaining peppers, fresh oregano and lemon juice in a shaker. Add ancho chile, simple syrup and bitters. Muddle until pulverized. Add all remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with pepper ring.
