Plum Fizz
- 1½ oz. Nautical Gin®
- 1 oz. plum shrub*
- 4 oz. soda water
Add all ingredients to a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced plum.
*Plum Shrub Recipe
- 1 lb plums, quartered & pits removed
- 1 cup demerara (light brown cane sugar)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Let plums and demerara sit for one hour at room temperature. Add apple cider vinegar. Muddle, cover and refrigerate for at least six hours. Strain and use.
