Sassy 75
- 2 oz. Nautical Gin®
- ½ oz. ginger liqueur
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. champagne
Add gin, ginger liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon peel.
